1. Homeline Direct are importers and manufacturers of products for use in the food & home industries. Homeline Direct was founded in 1998 and has grown the brands to bamix blenders, Eezilock bag sealers, Eeziseal silicone lids, Eezi-iron deluxe ironing board, Fly Away and Fat Mat silicone baking mat.
   
2. Use of Site
   You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. ‘Deep-linking’, ’embedding’ or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws.

   The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. 5. Product availability
   Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Homeline Direct will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery schedule.
6. Delivery policy
   Subject to availability and receipt of payment, delivery between 1 to 2 working days to all major destinations in South Africa. Return requests will only be processed if Homeline Direct was advised of any issues within 7 days of receipt. Return delivery fee will be for the client's account. Please mark all returns clearly with your name and order number.
7. Return and Refunds policy
   The provision of goods and services by Homeline Direct is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Homeline Direct will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee.
8. Product Guarantee
   Bamix Products
   Our Life Time guarantee on BAMIX blenders equates to 20 years but it only relates to machines purchased from 1 April 2020 onwards. All BAMIX accessories carry a 2 year guarantee.
   "BAMIX Lifetime Guarantee on the Motor" excludes all parts within the bamix-machine, the warranty is on the motor only, NOT on the transmission, clutch, circuit-board, housing, handle or cordset or whatever, and any kind of product mis-use or negligence is excluded.
   For all other parts around the motor, the manufacturer  ( ESGE AG / BAMIX ) gives a regular warranty of 2 years as it's used in most countries by law  ( mis-use excluded ), as per our manual. This guarantee doens not apply to products prior to this date - specific product guarantees will apply.
9. Homeline Direct reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
   Confirmed orders will not be effected.
   
10. Customer Privacy policy
    Homeline Direct shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
    
11. Payment options accepted
    Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank electronic transfer (EFT) into the Homeline Direct bank account, - Banking details are: Standard Bank, Branch: Fourways Crossing (009953), Name: Galloway & Associates CC, Account Number: 023344210
12. Card acquiring and security
    Card transactions will be acquired for Homeline Direct via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
    
13. Customer details separate from card details
    Customer details will be stored by Homeline Direct separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate's secure site.
    
14. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
    South African Rand (ZAR).
    
15. Responsibility
    Homeline Diret takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
    
16. Country of domicile
    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Homeline Direct chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature. 17. Variation
    Homeline Direct may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
