bamix Guarantee
Bamix have introduced an amazing lifetime guarantee on their powerful Swiss engineered motors, this guarantee extends to all models excluding the Gastro 350 and became effective from the 01 April 2020.
- A 2 year warranty covers all accessories.
- The life time guarantee on the motor refers to the motor only.
- The life time guarantee excludes the brushes, transmission, clutch, circuit-board, housing, handle or cordset.
- The life time guarantee on the motor will not apply as follows:
- Damage caused by accidents (i.e. dropping the device), or damage caused by water.
- Damage caused by improper usage.
- Damage due to repairs carried out by agents not authorised by Bamix.
- Damage due to failure to take proper care of the product.
- The lifetime motor guarantee does not apply to the product being used in a commercial environment.
Warranty on the Bamix Gastro 350
- A 2 year warranty covers the machine and all accessories and a 10 year service warranty will apply (We will carry spares for the machine to be serviced and repaired for a minimum of 10 years). The 2 year warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by accidents(i.e. dropping the device), or damage caused by water.
- Damage caused by improper usage.
- Damage due to repairs carried out by agents not authorised by Bamix.
- Damage due to failure to take proper care of the product.
Bamix Accessories Guarantee
All Bamix accessories carry a 2 year guarantee. This warranty does not cover accessories or damage resulting from accident, mis-use or abuse.
No repairs or adjustments should be made by any unauthorised person during this
warranty period.
The customer's statutory rights are not affected by the conditions of this warranty.

The design may vary from time to time, be altered, or improved.
The management reserves the right to do this without prior notice being given.
This guarantee doens not apply to products prior to this date - specific product guarantees will apply.
